Tuition is paid bi-monthly
to Columbia Choirs, Incorporated. Watch your email for an invoice
which has a button to click for paying online using your credit
card or you can mail your check to:
Columbia Choirs
PMB 151
6830 NE Bothell Way, Suite C
Kenmore, WA 98028
If we have not received your payment or
heard from you about the delay in sending the payment, you
are expected not to send your child to rehearsal (or performance)
until your account is current or until you have discussed
your situation with us. The membership's responsibility
in paying tuition on time has been critical in keeping the
choir operating and flourishing all these years. This tuition paid to "Columbia Choirs" is your cost for musical education.
Financial assistance
is available by written application. Eligibility
is established by paying the first month's full tuition.
During the first month, application may be made toward seeking
financial assistance. Assistance is awarded based upon the
greatest consideration. Through a written application process we can
grant up to 50% assistance for tuition. We can also assist
with the costs of uniform, retreat, tour, etc. Once
you become a member of the choir, log
in to the Treble Clef and go to the Business/Finances/Scholarship
page for more information on the CCA Scholarship Program.
Payments
for non-instructional activities (dues, retreats, camps, uniforms, tours, fundraising,
CD sales, concert tickets, transportation, etc.) should
be made separately, payable to the "Columbia Choirs Association" or "CCA." Once
you become a member of the choir, log
in to the Treble Clef for more information on CCA dues
and finances.
